Refund policy

Thank you for choosing Gatsby Glass for your After Care and DIY Restoration needs. We hope you are satisfied with your order, and you continue to shop on Gatsby Glass in the future. To ensure customer satisfaction, we would like you to look over the following return policies.

 

Upon receiving your order, please do the following:

  • If shipment parcel(s) shows signs of shipping damaged, please have the parcel carrier make notes of any parcel(s) damage at the time of delivery.
  • Check the item(s) for any visual delivery damage or defects in the item(s) original packaging.
  • Make sure the item is what you expected before opening the package.
  • Make sure the item is in proper working order. If there is an issue we will request a photo of the item functioning incorrectly.
  • If you ordered multiples of like items carefully open only one package and make sure you like it before opening all of the same item packages.
  • Refused order(s) due to a change of mind and not do to damage goods upon delivery, will not have the original shipping charges refunded. Additionally the return shipping charges will be deducted from the refunded amount also.

 

Please read the following for a Returns and Refunds:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

§  Returns on New Unused items are accepted within 14 days of your posted receiving date of your items.

o   Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable items include:

§  Partially or completely empty bottles

§  Used cleaning cloths or pads

 

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable and return item shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.

§  A 20% restocking fee may be applied to items that are returned after the 14 day return policy.

 

  • Any markings on the original packaging put there by the consumer will constitute a rejected return.
  • If you refuse delivery of your order, your original shipping charges cannot be refunded. Additionally, return shipping charges will be deducted at cost.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact Gatsby Glass for instructions on returning product back to our facility.

 

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you  of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, all refunded amounts will be issued to the same form of payment originally used for the purchase and will be processed within 14 days.
    • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

  • Late or missing refunds:
    • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
